Buying over phone at AGP

I did call both AGP today (or tried to) to ask about Route 66. Someone just mentioned that Wed. it was still in Chicago.

So--when you call, and select either Chicago or NY, you then get the option to purchase. Then the option to pick up something in store, or have it mailed to you.

So, if you select "have it mailed to you" are you still talking to someone at AGP or do you go back to the catalog order system?

If you really are still talking to them in store, they are out.

If you choose "have it mailed to you," your call is directed to Catalog. Choose "pick up at the store" to talk to someone at the store.

Try and get a hold of a ps. They can take your credit card number and mail it to you. The stores sales personal will not do a charge send. It is agains store policy.

Actually, I did try to get "in store pickup" at NY, because I will be in the city at the end of the month, but I just got "we can't take your call right now."

I tried to get a hold on an outfit and was about a week until I was going to be in Chicago and was told that they can only hold for 48 hours. I don't think that dress will still be there a month. Good luck!
